Basic Banana Bread

We had a couple really overripe bananas that I knew we’d never finish so I looked up a banana bread recipe. :D

banana bread

Ingredients:
-3 Large Bananas
-2 Eggs
-2 C. Flour
-3/4 C. Sugar
-1/2 Tsp. Salt
-1 Tsp. Baking soda
-Anything you wish to add, such as nuts or chocolate chips in my case.

Directions:
-Preheat oven for 325/F
-Mix all dry ingredients together.
-Mash up bananas well.
-Add eggs and bananas to dry mixture.
-I had to add some water to get the right consistency. If you need to do this, add it in small increments until you get the proper amount. If you don’t know what you’re looking for, you need to be very careful. It should be similar, but slightly thicker than a cake batter.
-Place mixture in a greased loaf pan.
-Bake for one hour.
