Easy Butterscotch Pie
I’ve talked before about digging through the pantry to find something to make in a pinch. Well, that’s where this comes from. It’s not a recipe, per say, more like a hint. =)
You will need:
- 1 box of instant pudding. I used store brand fat-free, sugar-free butterscotch.
- 1 pie shell or crust. I’ve used a shortbread pre-made crust.
- Milk.
Follow the directions on th pudding box for making pies. Dump the finished mixture in to your crust. And ta-da! An easy & cheap dessert!
